What does the role entail?
In the role of Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Answer incoming calls and emails from customers.
• Identify solutions and provide professional support in close collaboration with colleagues.
• Contribute to ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction in every contact.

Phone and email are your primary work tools, and you handle both simpler questions and more complex cases with a focus on the customer's needs and experience. The position is full-time. The working hours are mainly weekdays between 08:00 and 17:00, but some adjustments may occur, and you may work 10-19 on a few days.
